We are actively looking for a dedicated Class A Truck Driver to join our team based in Baton Rouge, LA 70801. This position involves primarily drop & hook operations with dry goods, offering a weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,400. As a driver with us, you will be responsible for transporting dry goods efficiently while benefiting from a streamlined freight handling process.

Job Details: 
Freight: This Class A Truck Driver role involves handling 100% no-touch freight using a dry van, with 60% of the freight being drop & hook.
Home Time: You'll be out for 3 weeks at a time and will enjoy 3 days at home after each stint. You can take both the truck and trailer home for resets.
Running area and Miles: The driving areas cover the Midwest region, east of I-35, with weekly mileage ranging from 1,800 to 2,400 miles.

Pay: $1,200 to $1,400 per week 
Additional compensation:  $16 per hour for detention after 2 hours, $25 for short hauls of 100 miles or less, $75 per day for breakdowns, $30 per extra stop, and $100 for each of the 7 paid holidays. Our fleet includes well-maintained trucks from Kenworth, Freightliner, and International, and our dry van trailers are in excellent condition. Pets and riders are welcome.

Class A Truck Driver Qualifications:

• CDL Class A license, 
• Current DOT medical card
• 12 months of driving experience within the last 36 months experience operating sleeper tractors in at least 3 states.
